How the Program Works:

  • It’s free to join!
  • Membership is open to every professional landscape and turf irrigation contractor.
  • There are no minimum purchase requirements.
  • As a member, you will earn points on all eligible purchases.
  • Your points are automatically calculated and are eligible to be redeemed for a wide variety of rewards such as:
    - Trips
    - Merchandise
    - Power Equipment
    - Training Classes
    - Sporting Events

How points work:

  • Receive 1 point for every $100 of irrigation or landscape lighting products.
  • Receive 1 point for every $200 of equipment, nursery and landscape products.
  • Points are good for 2 years from start date of the program.

    Official Terms and Conditions

    This program is void where restricted by law.


    General Conditions
    1. Stovall and Company, Inc. rewards program (the “program”) is a customer benefit program available to professional landscape, lawn maintenance and irrigation contractor companies only.
    2. Participation in the program is subject to terms and conditions set forth by Stovall and Company, Inc. (“Stovall”). Failure to abide by the Program Terms and Conditions; abuse of Program privileges; conduct detrimental to the interests of Stovall; or any misrepresentation may result in the termination of Program participation and the forfeiture of accrued Points.
    3. The Program begins January 1, 2006 and will continue until it is terminated by Stovall. Stovall reserves the right to cancel, modify or terminate the program without notice, at any time, and for any or no reason.
    4. Eligibility is limited to professional landscape, lawn maintenance and/or irrigation contractor companies. For the purposes of these Official Terms and Conditions, the term “company” shall mean and include a corporation, partnership, Limited Liability Company, or sole proprietorship. Only one Program Points account shall be maintained per company.
    5. Companies participating in the Program begin earning points with their first purchase on or after the Program start date of January 1, 2006. Purchases prior to the Program start date are not eligible for points.
    6. Stovall will be the final judge in determining any Company’s eligibility to participate in the Program or to receive any award.
    7. This Program can not be used in conjunction with any other agreements Stovall has with individual companies. Stovall has the right to exclude any company from the program when the program would conflict with any other agreement with that company.
    Earning Points
    8. Program participants earn points by purchasing power equipment, nursery products, landscape supplies, turf irrigation products, and lighting products at any Stovall location. All purchases at Stovall are eligible for Points.
    9. 1 Point will be earned for every $100 in Turf Irrigation and Landscape Lighting Stovall Purchases. 1 Point will be earned for every $200 for all other Stovall Purchases including Nursery, Equipment and Landscape Supplies.
    Posting Points To Your Account
    10. Points will be posted to a participating company’s Program Points account for every purchases made on or after January 1, 2006 at any Stovall location.
    11. Points will be deducted from a company’s Program Points account for returned items.
    12. Each participating company will receive a quarterly statement updating the company’s Program Points balance.
    Expiration of Points
    13. Any company that has failed to make a purchase at a Stovall location for three consecutive months or has been turned over to collections will automatically forfeit all of the points in their Program Points account.
    14. Points are valid until sixty (60) days after the date of termination of the Program. If the Points are not used before expiration, they are automatically forfeited.
    Award Redemption
    15. To claim an award, the Stovall customer charge account must be paid current. Program participants can claim an award at any time after the start of the program and until sixty (60) days after the date of termination of the program. To claim an award, the participating company must complete an official Redemption form (or photocopy of that form) supplied with the Stovall Rewards Program Catalog. Claim forms can also be obtained at any Stovall location. The participating company must bring the completed Redemption Form to any Stovall location for verification and processing. All Redemptions must be approved by Stovall Corporate Office.
    16. Any and all fees and tax liabilities arising from the Program are the sole responsibility of the participating company.
    17. Stovall reserves the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value if the requested award is unavailable.
    Other Conditions
    18. Stovall is not liable for correspondence or requests that are delayed, lost or stolen in the mail.
    19. All Program Points account statements will be issued in the name of the participating company and delivered only to the participating company address as seen on the enrollment form. Each participating company shall be responsible for advising Stovall of any change of contact person or address relating to its account.
    20. Participating companies may not transfer, combine or barter Points. Points have no cash value and are nontransferable.
    21. Any interpretations, disputes or questions regarding the Program shall be resolved solely by Stovall, whose decisions shall be conclusive, final and binding. Stovall has the right to terminate the Program or to change the Program in any manner, in whole or in part, including, without limitation, changing the Official Terms and Conditions, benefits, conditions of participation, number of Points required to obtain any award, award levels, or anything else, at any time, without notice, even though changes may affect the value of Points already accumulated.
    22. Stovall is not liable for errors or omissions by its employees or agents in the printing of the Program brochure or related materials.
    23. Stovall is not liable for errors or omissions by its employees or agents in interpreting or in carrying out the terms of the Program.
    24. Stovall is not liable whatsoever for any loss damage, expense, nonperformance, misperformance, accident or injury of any nature whatsoever incurred in the course of an Award recipient’s use of any Award received through the Program. Stovall, at its discretion, may request that the Award recipient sign an additional release of liability form prior to delivery of an award.
    25. Stovall is affiliated with the suppliers of the awards offered under this Program. Stovall guarantees, and warranties only the products it is affiliated with based on standard manufactures limited warranties.
